Playroom for a family residence, with spaces for art, music, theatre, imaginative play, sensory play, active play and a cinema room.
The design for the playroom was based on the English countryside with three giant beehives at the centre of the soft play. A two storey town house with a cafe and house above, create space for imaginative play, along with the miniature ice cream cart and car garage.
A stage and puppet theatre sit next to the musical instruments and is filled with dressing up and props. With a reading nook and lots of toys providing opportunities for quiet play. Finally an art corner with easels and blackboards provide space for little artists.
The soft play area has slides, trampolines, ropes, ball pits, climbing and a sensory tunnel, as well as talking tubes and a ball run.
Lots of colour was used throughout the playroom to create a vibrant and fun space with bespoke all murals.
A sensory tunnel and lookout creates views across the playroom.
The cinema room was finished with two hanging chairs and lots of bean bag seats, with a bespoke popcorn and ice cream station.
